What is Citizenship bill?
- Bill: 2016, it was passed. Past governments have stopped encountering this bill as many state and regional parties were strictly against it. They said if thous bill is passed then their people would feel insecure as well as can be said anti- National.
- Removing the Anti Nationals: It follows a very strict way of Checking whether a citizen who is from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan would not be able to enter Indian Premises if they do not follow a set of rules. Those rules strictly says that anyone who do not holds the following set of rules about being an Indian and follow all the Indian Rights then that person will not be allowed to enter India at any cost.
- Few People of Pakistan are in Indian also known as sleeper cells these people live here eat here but say Pakistan whenever they feel like. Its obvious that Pakistan is not our friend and neither they want India to feel secure. So, after analyzing a group of people that were involved in Pakistani Terrorists activities they were made at the top of priority list of clearing the Amendment bill as they will nit be allowed to enter Indian Premises. these people involves Sunni and ,many other Muslim and Islamic People that were involved in many terrorist activities.
- Hope of people of India who are living abroad as they can not be allowed directly this bill allows any foreign Indian resident to come back to their home. This will also allow many other people who are not able to prove that they are Indian they will be able to come back.
- It only effects the people of living in north east which includes People of Assam Andra-Pradesh and etc. As these states were highly affected by terrorism so it is really in favor of these states.
